This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and explains your obligations to us for various Cyprus3Dvision.com services. By using our service(s) you agree to establish an account with us for such services or post an ad. You understand that Cyprus3Dvision.com is operated by 3D Virtuality Ltd., and your details posted on Cyprus3Dvision.com (or any other partner sites) and any other information you provide on Cyprus3Dvision.com site may appear on other 3D Virtuality Ltd. sites. This Agreement will become effective after you / we have setup your Cyprus3Dvision.com account.
This Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have parental permission to open and maintain an account.

criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any
law or regulation;
- contain any computer viruses or other destructive devices and codes
that have the effect of damaging, interfering with, intercepting or
expropriating any software or hardware system, data or personal
information;
- link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or
services that are prohibited under this Agreement; or
- otherwise create any liability for Cyprus3Dvision.com or its partners /
affiliates.
AD POSTING
- You can not post the same AD with different description in the same or in another category more than once in a period of 7 days, failure to follow this rule, may result in the deletion of the AD or and account ban;
- If you choose not to include a valid E-mail address or Telephone number into your AD Description or Fields, this will result to an ineffective AD as viewers will have no way of contacting you.
- You can not use ALL CAPS in an AD Description; Such an AD is consider as an insult and will be removed.
- We strongly advice that the location of the AD should be the same location where your product is present.
MONITORING OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that they conform to content guidelines that are monitored by us and subject to change from time to time.
Cyprus3Dvision.com reserves the right to post reports of scam or deception received about those who have violated this Agreement or the law or misused this Website or other similar services for illegal or unethical purpose or monetary gain.
Cyprus3Dvision.com reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor the materials posted in any area of the Service. Cyprus3Dvision.com shall have the right to remove any such material that violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement. Cyprus3Dvision.com has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. Cyprus3Dvision.com reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Website for violating this Agreement or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

In order to process a refund, you must request the refund within 7 calendar days of your date of purchase. To request a refund, just contact us.) TERMINATION

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The validity, performance, construction and effect of this terms and condition shall be governed exclusively by the laws of E.U. without recourse to any principles of conflict of laws. NOTICES
All notices or demands to or upon Cyprus3Dvision.com shall be effective if in writing and shall be duly made when sent to Cyprus3Dvision.com in the following manner: to the address of Cyprus3Dvision.com.
All notices or demands to or upon a User shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile or email to the last-known correspondence, fax or email address provided by the User to Cyprus3Dvision.com, or by posting such notice or demand on an area of the Site that is publicly accessible without a charge. Notice to a User shall be deemed to be received by such User if and when
- Cyprus3Dvision.com is able to demonstrate that communication, whether in physical or electronic form, has been sent to such User, or
- immediately upon posting such notice on an area of the Site that is publicly accessible without charge.
